The Delaware Supreme Court has waived the Live credit requirement and extended filing and completion deadlines for attorneys who have not yet completed their 2019 CLE requirement.
For those Delaware attorneys who did not complete their CLE hours by December 31, 2019, the Court:
- lifted the cap on on-demand programs (all 24 hours may now be completed via on-demand courses)
- allows you to verify your transcript and plan to make up your deficiency by April 30, 2020 (instead of March 30, 2020 and April 30, 2020 respectively)
- allows you to complete the plan by May 31, 2020 (instead of May 15, 2020)
- allows you to report completion by June 15, 2020 (instead of May 15, 2020)
